Why we only rent Honda motorcycles

Honda have been the most reliable bike brand for Vietnamese conditions. They have good shocks and very good engines. If you need something on the road, there's always somebody who owns a Honda can show you the nearest garage. This is extremely useful when you ride to the mountainous areas.

In addition, Honda motorcycles are famous for fuel saving and for the same cc, a Honda bike can save about 50% fuel comparing to a Russian bike, 20% over the other Japanese models like Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki. Therefore the overall cost when you use a Honda is much cheaper than other brands.

The following are what we rent out. We may not always have these bikes/gear available at certain time. Please contact us as early as you can.

1. Enduro, dirt bikes

We rent Honda XL 125cc (4-stroke trail bike) for 15 USD/day. Honda enduro XR Baja 250cc bikes are only available as an upgrade on guided tours, not for independent riders. They are all true off-road beasts. If you rent for a month or longer, you will have a favourable rate.

2. Motorcycles

We rent Honda GL Pro 156cc (4-stroke luxury sport touring) for 12 USD/day, Honda 4-stroke motocross XL 125cc for 15 USD/day and Minsk 125cc (2-stroke dirt bike) at day rate of $7 US. They are all good urban movers and long distance touring motorcycles. If you rent for a month or longer, a favourable rate will be applicable.

3. Motorbikes, Semi-automatic Moped Scooters

We have Honda Dream, Honda Wave and Honda Supra 100cc for rent at day rate of $6-7 US. This is a good urban mover, not suitable for long distance touring. If you rent for a month or longer, a favourable rate of $80 US/30 days will be applicable. Some of their photos are available here.

4. Fully automatic (AT) scooters

We rent Honda @ 125cc (4-stroke) for 15 USD/day or 150USD/month and SYM Attila 125cc (4-stroke) at day rate of $10 US or monthly rate of $80 US. They are all good urban movers and provide large space under the seat to hold personal items and helmets, especially on Honda @.

There are also a great deal of Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean and Vietnamese bikes with Chinese engines (namely: Lifan, Zongshen, Loncin, Qing Qui, Lisohaka, Sufat, Halim Kymco, Haelim, Daemu, Sino Hongda, Jialing, Dayang, Detech, Intimex, Fashion, Haesun, Daehan...) Some are so cheap (as little as $300 USD) but we don't advise to ride these bikes. Honda is still the most popular and reliable in Vietnam and when people say "Honda" they really mean "motorbike" just like "Google" when you mean "search". The main reason is not only they are the most popular, but also for quality-price value and the fact that spare parts are so easy to find.

5. Riding gear

You can also hire riding gear from us at $5US/day. These include motorbiking jacket and pants, gloves, rain gear, quality helmet and a pair of saddle bags. This suit ensures you a safe and comfortable touring on motorcycle.
