Western Union Quick Cash Transfer used to be easier, faster and cheaper. Unfortunately, we find this service a bit annoying from our end because they extend their reviewing time and even deliver time. However, it's still better than a bank transfer. Payment(s) can be made via bank or cash transfers. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment(s) through PayPal because this service has terrible conditions against Vietnamese account holders. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Last updated on January 21st 2013) Reservation • To reserve our fully guided or semi-guided tours, it is necessary to send the first deposit to our bank account at least one month before the date of departure. • To reserve our self-guided tours (motorbike rentals), it is necessary to send the first deposit to our bank account as soon as you decide to hire the bike(s) while still available. • The client is responsible for any bank charges (sending fees, different conversion rates and worst of all a middle bank fee). • The balance must be paid before or on the day of departure. If you don't want to carry a lot of cash you can send us the balance via bank transfers or Western Union cash transfers. You can also pay with credit cards at our shop (+ 3% bank charges for Visa and MasterCard, + 4% for American Express card holders). We don't accept travelers cheques or process on-line credit card payments. Cancellation or delay of a booking Self-guided tours or motorbike rentals • 50$US for change or delay of dates per booking. • No deposit refund. • No refund for unused rental days left. Fully guided or semi-guided tours • 100$US for change or delay of dates per booking. • No deposit refund. • No refund for cancellation during the tour. → In all cases, our bank charges will be deducted from the refund plus 100 USD for tour preparation fees. → The local exchange rate is applied (price in USD) • In the event of cancellation of one or several people, a refund will be made according to the clauses defined by Offroad Vietnam. → The remaining price for the participants will have to be recalculated depending on the number of remaining participants. → Furthermore, if additional participants join the original group number, the total price will be recalculated. • Should one (or several) people leaves the tour once it has commenced, all logistical expenses (telephone, insurance, transport, etc) will be charged to the departing participants.
