Something you might need to know before sending your request:

- Tours we provide are private and customized, no pre-scheduled trips. Many of our customers booked strictly private (closed door) tours while some of them wanted to have more riders tagged along to have more fun. You can start a ride and we post an update to get more people for you or just book closed door trip. Maximum of a group is limited to five or six people per tour guide/leader. As a note, an open door trip usually has riders with different riding experiences and if you care about strangers in the group, you'd better book a strictly private tour. 90% of updates we posted had more riders at the end and more than 50% of updates were booked out. We give no guarantee about getting more riders but will try our best. Updates are posted at the Late Availabilities page.

- Only experienced riders are recommended to join our trip(s). Beginners or riders with very little real road riding experiences can pay a lesson (30$US) in Hanoi before riding on our trips. No refund is available to riders who can't ride.

- Our prices are not the cheapest but we are definitely among the best motorcycle tour operators you can find in North Vietnam. All inclusive except drinks, personal medical insurance, tips, single supplement if you request a single room and riding gear rental.

- You ride genuine Honda 4-stroke road and dirt bikes from 160 to 250cc. We only use our own bikes (16 XR250's, 5 XL125's and 9 GL160's) and don't rent bikes from any company. Rental bikes are of poorer quality due to more frequent use and by different levels of riders. If you are still uncertain, please check customers' reviews and contact references for more details about our services.

- We hire bikes and gear and you can buy used motorcycles from us. Rentals are not available to novice riders and riding lesson is only available to those who book guided tours to get used to Vietnamese traffic. Please note that we are based in Hanoi and don't provide rentals starting from Saigon (HCMC) or one-way rentals from Hanoi or allow rental bikes to cross into other countries. We only deliver/collect the bikes in our Hanoi office. Sorry for any inconvenience.

- There is no good or bad time to ride North Vietnam. The best season is from September to February. May to August will be hot while March and April are usually cool and wet.

- There have been some requests with itineraries attached which were copied/given from or by some agents. We work on our own and create rides based on our discussions directly with the customers. This way saves your time and ours, therefore please never send us an itinerary! We don't accept any booking through a third party.

When you are send an inquiry about a tour, make sure to provide a tour booking code. In case you have any difficulty finding it, follow this link or let us know as much as possible about the following:

- Special requirements about food and accommodation,
- If you want a private tour or want to join with other people...and any other things you want to tell us.
